I can't believe the time has come to say goodbye to our first house. I am just about to pack up the computer on what will be our last night in our house and thought I would do a quick post. Of course I am extremly excited for what the future holds, but quite emotional to say goodbye and close the book on this chapter of our lives. I won't ever forget how excited Ryan & I were when we bought this house and how much hard work we put into it. We enjoyed a little over 4 years at 6832 and we'll never forget them! Our sweet baby girl came home from the hospital to this house and learned how to walk here. She slept in her sweet little nursery that Ry & I worked so hard on. I just laid her down for the last time in there...and of course cried when I closed the door. So many memories in that room in the short 16 months that she occupied it.
Haley girl has already made the move, but she loved this house. She had a HUGE yard to play in, her tile entry to lay on every day and a wonderful neighborhood to take her walks.
Our neighbors, Kristi, Eric, Wendy, Kaylee, Britni & Lanie...you have been the absolute best neighbors we could ask for. You will always be more than just neighbors to us of course. You have helped raise our baby girl...our lives as parents wouldn't be the same without you. Taylor will miss you more than you'll ever know...and so will we. Thank you for being so caring and so generous. You will forever be a part of our lives and Taylor's.
6832 has been a great first home! We are thankful to have sold it but sad to say goodbye. Change is never easy, especially when everything you have known for the past 5 years is changing. Goodbye WVC, thanks for the memories!
