Today we were thrilled to find out we have a HEALTHY little BOY on the way...of course nobody is probably quite as thrilled as Ryan. He literally started pumping his fists in the air when the Doctor said BOY! Taylor is excited and was saying "It's a boy..a boy a boy" as we walked out of the hospital. As Ryan told his parents, it's time to get out those bats, balls and mitts...

| Tis the season....and I love it! |
| CK this one is for you...now you will know where I am when I am chatting with you! :) |
Thankful.
Once again this year we had so much to be thankful for at Thanksgiving! We were thrilled to host Thanksgiving for the Dearinger family at our house in The Big and had a great time just enjoying time together. We ended up having a VERY white Thanksgiving and we were incredibly thankful that the traveling both to and from our house ended safely. Taylor loved having all of the family together and was quite excited to have an early Christmas with her Uncle Bryan and Aunt Courtney. Ryan was thankful he got all the Christmas lights up outside before the snow came and I was just thrilled to get my Christmas decor up inside! Tay had her first visit of the year with Santa and enjoyed her first sledding excursion! I must mention that Ryan was VERY thankful that the UTES won the Holy War...and so am I because he is a beast to be around when they don't! Thanks to everyone for making the long and somewhat scary trip over here...we loved having you in The Big and can't wait to see you again!

Halloween.More Halloween.Oh and just a bit more Halloween.
Unky Joel, Auntie Ashley and Kaila came to visit The Big for Halloween...a fun little tradition we have started!
Tinkerbell's wings..they light up and glow in the dark...yep..that's right!
So adorable..please notice the Tinkerbell hairstyle that I pulled off here..I am awfully proud of it! Tay LOVED having Tinkerbell hair and especially the Pixie Dust!!!
This only took 50 takes to get both of them sitting still long enough for a picture!
Just a little photo shoot!
Getting ready to leave for Saturday's Trick-or-Treating downtown La Grande with a million other kids!
Taylor and Sophie are ready to go...so adorable!
Taylor loved the Trick-or-Treating and didn't mind the million other kids around her in weird or scary costumes...or the rain! Notice the pixie dust on her hair and face? :)
Thankfully Auntie Ashley helped Tay in and out of the stores quite a bit...it was a serious adventure.
Our Church had a Fall Festival on Sunday, Tay loved playing all of the games...and getting the candy of course!
Fishing and eating her candy at the same time...very talented little Tinkerbell we have.
Taylor won cupcakes on the cake walk! We tried to win last year and after 10 attempts quit...only took Tay 3!
Tay's first house....TRICK-OR-TREAT...GIVE ME CANDY...PLEASE! Yes she really did say that!
Trick-or-Treating at the President of EOU's house
Tay and Sophie holding hands saying Trick-or-Treat together...so cute that one guy even gave them HUGE candy bars for being so adorable!
Taking inventory and organizing everything...thankfully she didn't care so much about eating all of it. She learned on Yo Gabba Gabba that "to much candy is gonna make you sick..." and she would sing that to me when she looked at all the candy! Thanks Yo Gabba Gabba...I guess you are worth suffering through watching every morning!
This was a Halloween weekend like no other! We started it off with visiting Daddy on campus on Friday and taking all of his colleagues candy. Then Saturday Joel and Ashley came and we did the Trick-or-Treating downtown, went to a really scary Haunted House (the people told us it was great for toddlers...they lied..thankfully Tay didn't really know to be scared..but I sure did) and then we went to a cute Trunk-or-Treat that a church was doing and a little carnival to follow. Sunday after playing with Joel and Ashley and taking Kaila for a swim at the lake we got ready for another big night! Our friends Monica and Sophie came over for some dinner and then we were off again for another great carnival and the "real" Trick-or-Treating! I was so exhausted after this weekend...I am thankful Halloween won't be on a Sunday for quite a while! Just one Halloween is fine with me! Tinkerbell had a great time though...and that's all that matters! As Ryan likes to say..."It's all about the kids".
