Santa..Ho Ho!

So Taylor has totally caught Santa fever and loves the sight of the jolly old man dressed in red...yelling "Santa! Ho Ho" whenever she seems him.  So of course I was so excited to take her to see him this year!  Last year she was so little that she just sat there and everything went so smoothly.  Tay was talking about Santa with me the entire drive over to the mall, she was so excited to see him.  Grandma D. went with us and we were both prepared with Emmy and her Mickey Mouse Santa...just in case of an emergency.  Luckily there was no line and Santa even got up and came to talk to Taylor first.  She immediatly said, "Santa! Ho HO" and "Hi Santa, Hi"...I thought well this is just going to be great!  Then he gave her a candy cane...things were going even better!  Then...I put her on his lap.  That was it.  Apparently Santa is just great from a distance...but sitting on his lap...um no.  Not an option this year!  So here we go...every child has to have a Santa picture like this...right?
